CNC Field Service Trainee
Kinetix, LLC is seeking a Field Service Trainee to help expand a rapidly growing business serving the southeastern United States. We are looking for that "one of a kind" type of personality in the qualified applicant. We have all the tools that you need to succeed and the opportunity for a self motivated person to learn a highly sought after profession. We want someone that can grow with and into our company. We are looking to locate the applicant Eastern Tennessee, but the base of operations could be placed somewhere else within the states of Tennessee, the Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia or Florida, depending on where the applicant resides.

Applicants must have knowledge of the following items:
Machine Tool Theory and Operations Mechanical Motion Systems Basic Hydraulic Basic Pneumatic Basic Electrical
Must be familiar with using:
DMM Indicators, gages, etc. Various hand tools
A "Plus":
Electronics Training Training or Experience in Repairing CNC Machine Tools Experience with Mazak machine tools Mitsubishi CNC Control and Servo Systems
Daily Duties Include:
The qualified applicant would serve customers by installing and servicing CNC machine tools under the supervision of a Senior Service Engineer. * Serve existing accounts by planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems. * Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing service/installation; performing acceptance tests. * Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. * Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; completing calibration.
